Dandemutande’s YoAfrica purchase awaits approval

HARARE – DANDEMUTANDE Investments, one of Zimbabwe’s leading broadband internet access providers, has announced its acquisition of YoAfrica, a leading internet service provider in the country.

Figures were not disclosed of the deal that remains subject to regulatory approval.

Dandemutande is part of Gondwana International Networks (GIN), a Pan-African communications service provider with operations in nine countries.

GIN is one of the largest VSAT (very small aperture terminal) operators in Africa through its operating brands, AfricaOnline and iWayAfrica.

The Group offers services in an additional 34 countries via its distributor channel partners.
